Adjusting video quality is fairly easy and can come in handy, if, for example, your internet connection is a bit clunky.
Our video player employs Adaptive Bitrate Streaming where the player dynamically chooses the video quality that best suits your connection, software or device. So by default, the video quality is set to 'Auto'.To adjust the video settings:
1. In the video player, click on the 'Gear' Button on the lower right side of the player
2. Click on the drop down arrow of the Video Quality settings and you can choose your preferred quality
NOTE: This feature is only available on the WEB PLAYER and does not apply to mobile devices. If you are on your mobile device and your internet connection is not ideal, you may opt to take advantage of our Download and Watch Offline feature. To see how it works, click HERE.
