Video playback problems are sometimes inevitable and we're really sorry about that. If your internet connection is stable and it's not the problem, try playing another video. If that works, please let us know which videos are unable to play and we'll have that checked out. If not, and in some cases, the app just needs a little nudge. Please try refreshing the app by closing it and re-opening again. If all else fails, please do let us know by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your sign-in email, plus the device you are using and we will take care of the rest!
Also, some things to note --
- Video playback can be very unstable if you are using a web browser on your mobile device. If you are on your mobile, the best way to experience iwonder is via the mobile app.
- If you use a VPN, please make sure you aren't connected outside our launched markets in Southeast Asia, Australia, or New Zealand.
